Payment Information

Deposits: 3 night deposit at time of booking

Payment Policies: We accept all major credit cards or personal checks. 3 night deposit at time of booking balance due 30 days prior to arrival (50% deposit due 60 days prior for Christmas/New Year's reservations).

Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation of a reservation is required. For cancellations made more than thirty days prior to arrival a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within thirty days of your arrival, the 3 night deposit will be retained and any balance refunded. (Special policy applies for Christmas/New Year's reservations).

Arrival/Departure: We accept arrivals and departures any day of the week. Whatever works best for you. We just require a 3 night stay. (7 nights over Christmas and 7 Nights over New Year's) Check-in Time: 3:00 pm Check-out Time: 11:00 am No refunds for early departure or late arrival.

Tax: 20% tax and surcharge
